Experience the value of Allied Tube's HSS
We manufacture a wide breadth of structural steel tubing products
covering the industry required specifications and standards for steel tubing. Our products are produced to meet ASTM A500 grades B and C and ASTM A53 (Schedule 40 Standard Pipe).
In addition to standard specified items, we will partner with you to find solutions in producing demand driven items that are “fit for use”, or derive from these specifications.
Allied Tube's capabilities are aligned with market needs, and feature:

  • Extensive Quality Controls - All HSS is subjected to rigorous testing such as flattening, flaring, crush tests, and more non-destructive and destructive testing protocols.
  • Multiple Coating Options - Our standard tubular products are produced as uncoated carbon steel (black). We partner with several hot-dip galvanizers to provide a galvanized tube upon request.
  • Flash Cutting - Structural tubing can be provided as either Flash In, or Flash Cut.
  • 24 hour Delivery on In-Stock Items - Our logistics partnerships allow the flexibility to deliver in 24 hours on stock items within a 250 mile radius of Morrisville, PA. Subject to certain restrictions.
  • Co-Loads with Sheet/Plate Products - In addition to structural tubing, we produce a wide range of sheet and plate which can be combined to create full truckloads.
  • Cut-to-Length - Cut-to-length options from 16' up to 65'.
  • Higher strength; Tighter tolerances - We consider requests outside standard A500 mechanical requirements and tolerances for special orders.
